What currency does AntiVice use?

Its all in Australian dollars (AUD). 

 

What payments does AntiVice accept?

As we are powered by SquareSpace, so you can use Stripe, but also Paypal and Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We can also ApplePay on compatible devices (iPhone 5SE, iPhone 6, iPhone 6+ and later; iPad Pro, iPad 2 Air, iPad Mini 3 and later and any Apple watch paired with a compatible phone)

 

Do you have gift cards?

No, sorry. Not at the moment. 

 

What if I need to change my order? 

We cannot change orders once they are made, so please cancel the order by emailing us and reordering. We know this is a hassle, and we are working on it. Thanks for your patience!

 

How do I cancel my order?

Email us, and include your order number in the email. If we have already shipped your order, we are unable to cancel it. So email us asap! 
 


SALES

Can I return a sales item?

No. All sale items have been reduce in price and cannot be returned/refunded or exchanged. Please choose carefully. If you have some questions about the fit of the product, just shoot us an email and we’ll endeavour to help you. 

 

Do you price match?

If an item you bought for the full price is now on sale, we are sorry but we don’t price match our sale items. 


SHIPPING

Do you ship domestically?

There is currently a flat rate for postage, $10 Australia wide

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship all over the world. 

 

Do you offer express shipping?

We do not currently offer express shipping, just standard post. Please contact us if the order is urgent.

 

Can you ship to P.O. boxes

We are terribly sorry, but  we cannot ship to P.O boxes. If you only have a P.O. box, what about shipping it to your workplace or a friends' house??


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What if something arrived damaged?

Please contact us right away.

We refund for all major defects found upon product being delivered. The original tag must be on the item. Please keep all of your receipts, documentation and packaging, and contact AntiVice asap. The major failure or defect must have occurred with fault to AntiVice. Refunds will not be given if the defect has occurred due to the purchaser damaging the item themselves.

 

Return the product, and it will be inspected and you will be notified as soon as possible whether the item is eligible for a refund due to major failure or defect. If we find it to have a major defect, we will refund the full value of the purchase (excluding shipping the first shipping, but including the cost of returning the item).

 

To be eligible for a refund, you must ship the item within 14 calendar days from receiving it (We recommend keeping a receipt for proof of shipment). Please allow a full week (7 calendar days) for the refund to be processed.

 

Can I exchange my item?

Exchanges are allowed for all items that are in new and unused condition only, and the original tags must be attached. Exchanges can only be made for items of the same variation (if you buy Top 1, it can only be exchanged for another Top 1) Obvi, you cannot exchange an item that you have worn multiple times. If exchanging (for all reasons other than a major defect), it is your responsibility to pay for the postage (we got you for the postage back to you!).
 


GARMENT CARE

 

How do I care for my product?

Here at AntiVice we recommend that you hand wash your products, because thats usually better for the environment. But our products can be machined washed, again preferably with cold water to save energy. If hand washing, avoid rinsing and wringing. If machine washing, always wash with a full load, and choose a plant-based detergent free of frafance, brighteners, chlorine and phosphates. 

Hang or lay flat to dry.

 

Can I have it professionally cleaned?

Yes you can, but we recommend that you avoid it due to the high usage of chemicals at dry cleaners.
