Returns + Exchanges


The most important thing is to contact AntiVice asap, as soon as you realise you want a return (or exchange). We can help determine you options, depending on whether its a minor or major defect. 

We do offer returns and exchanges, as long as the item is the condition you received it in, and you have proof of purchase. It is helpful to keep all documents and receipts. 

Please see below scenarios for quick and short info:

I didn't get the size I ordered: AntiVice is happy to refund or exchange

I ordered the wrong size: AntiVice will exchange the item, but at this stage we can't refund

Major defect: You are entitled to a refund or exchange. The world is your oyster

Minor defect: We are happy to exchange it for you, but we don't offer a refund

I want to exchange or return a bodysuit: Bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged if they were tried on without undergarments underneath (unless major defect in product)

I changed my mind and I don't want it anymore: Sorry boo, we cannot refund for a change of mind. If you like you can exchange it for a different size.

We refund for all major defects found upon product being delivered. The original tag must be on the item. Please keep all of your receipts, documentation and packaging, and contact AntiVice asap.

The major failure or defect must have occurred with fault to AntiVice. Refunds will not be given if the defect has occurred due to the purchaser damaging the item themselves.

Return the product, and will be inspected and you will be notified as soon as possible whether the item is eligible for a refund due to major failure or defect. If we find it to have a major defect, we will refund the full value of the purchase (excluding shipping the first shipping, but including the cost of returning the item).

To be eligible for a refund, you must ship the item within 14 calendar days from receiving it (We recommend getting a receipt for proof of shipment). Please allow a full week (7 calendar days) for the refund to be processed.


Exchanges are allowed for all items that are in new and unused condition only, and the original tags must be attached. Exchanges can only be made for items of the same variation (if you buy Top 1, it can only be exchanged for another Top 1) Obvi, you cannot exchange an item that you have worn multiple times. If exchanging (for all reasons other than a major defect), it is your responsibility to pay for the postage (we got you for the postage back to you!).
